If you want to be active, use the available bikes, play a tennis match, visit one of the first class golf clubs around Venice or rent a boat to explore the coast. For nature lovers the parks and protected areas are a paradise.

Shops for daily needs are within 5 minutes. In the attractive historic old town of Venice, numerous bars, restaurants and cafés invite you to stroll around. If you want to be a bargain hunter, the many shopping centres and malls in the area offer a great choice.

After an exhausting day of sightseeing you can relax in the “Villa Happy Gator”. The owners have furnished and decorated the house with great love. The equipment is of high quality and very well maintained. The American architecture with a generous living and dining area, open kitchen and a breakfast bar inspires already at the entrance. Of course, the classic large refrigerator with ice cube maker should not be missing!

Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer space for the whole family. 4 bicycles, beach utensils, books, DVDs, games and toys are available to guests.

The furnished terrace and the barbecue station invite you to spend some convivial hours. In the evening the integrated pool lighting provides an atmospheric ambience. On request, the pool can be heated during the winter months.

The owners are happy to give you tips for your Florida vacation and recommendations for activities. On site a German administrator couple is available as contact persons.
