The residence “Les Gourbets” is situated in a prime location on the southern edge of Mimizan-Plage. The four property units contain 45 apartments on three floors. The location on the sand dune offers a magnificent view over the sea on the west side. To the south there is a view of undeveloped dune and beach areas.

You will reach the approx. 10 kilometre long sandy beach after approx. 50 metres. It offers ideal conditions for relaxing beach and bathing holidays.

The holiday flat is furnished in a practical and friendly way. The living room and bedroom as well as a dining area with kitchenette are equipped with all useful utensils. Grocery stores are located in a distance of about 600 m. You reach the village centre after about one kilometre.

There is a lot to discover in the surroundings. The “Dune du Pilat” is the largest shifting sand dune in Europe. If you prefer hiking, you can do so in the cool pine forests. All in all – ideal for a relaxing holiday.
