The Casa “Las Piedras” is located in Soroa in the west of Cuba in the Sierra del Rosario. It is only 75 kilometres to Havana. The small town can be reached quickly by car and via the motorway.

Attractive sights invite you to explore the tropical environment. After you have visited the orchid garden with over 600 species in lush vegetation, it is a good idea to visit the waterfall El Salto.

The waterfall is located below the garden and plunges 30 metres into the depths. Once you have refreshed yourself in the natural pool with crystal clear water at the foot of the waterfall, the evergreen rainforest invites you to admire it. Because here you can see 40 meter high trees.

The viewpoint Mirador de Soroa can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and the waterfall Salto del Arco Iris in 35 minutes.

The Visigothic church Baños de San Juan is at a distance of 14 km and a coffee plantation at a distance of 22 km.

Several bathing beaches are reachable after 35 km.

As soon as extensive excursions are finished, your wonderful accommodation awaits you. Because already the access to the well-tended and clean area, lets the familiar and hospitable atmosphere of your hosts positively anticipate.
