Your apartment is located in the Calle Amistad corner of Calle Barcelona. From the second floor you have a direct view of the “Capitolio Nacional”. The air-conditioned apartment is 180m² and has a balcony and a furnished roof terrace. With a ceiling height of almost 5 meters there is always a pleasant climate. This is regulated by air conditioning and fans.

The two bedrooms with private bathrooms guarantee you privacy. The rooms can also be rented separately if required. The comfortable living area is additionally equipped with TV and radio. The standard room costs 210,-€ / week, the small apartment 280,-€ / week and the whole apartment 490,-€ / week.
