The holiday house “Poggio delle Querce” is situated in a quiet and isolated position on the border with Tuscany. The region “Marche” (Le Marche) is located in central Italy northwest of Ancona.

The region is known for its extensive nature with beautiful landscapes. The surrounding area invites you to extensive walks or bicycle tours and wants to be explored. The well-kept and 5.000m² large property is located near the Italian community “Arcevia”. Here you can also cover your daily needs with regional products. Various shops, doctors, hospital, banks and cosy restaurants are available.

In the very well equipped and large eat-in kitchen you can cook delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with almost all technical aids, cutlery and high-quality dishes.

The house has floor tiles/restored Cotti as well as a modern heating system. The spacious living area is modernly furnished. A satellite TV and a stereo complete the comfort.

But also the four bedrooms are equipped modern and of high quality. The bathrooms are very spacious and modern.

All in all, the upscale ambience with design elements creates a lively and varied atmosphere.

Children are very welcome and will find their own play areas, such as a playhouse and swings.
